For his continued efforts in supporting the Dune Sea Garrison, this award is presented to Wayne Spence. Since wrangling at the 2009 Fiesta Bowl, he has truly demonstrated what it means to be a distinguished member by injecting the Garrison with energy. He goes above and beyond what is ever asked or expected of any member, and does so with a smile and a positive attitude. He has also provided a great benefit to the Garrison by negotiating for tangible items that can be used to improve our professional image as well as facilitate housing for traveling troopers.

Wayne is an indispensable member of the Dune Sea Garrison. His dedication is an inspiration to other members throughout the Garrison, the Legion, and the galaxy.
