For his continued efforts in supporting the Dune Sea Garrison, this award is presented to Lee Palmer. His desire to cultivate new events, activities, and relationships as well as implement new and innovative ways for the Garrison to raise money for charities is beyond measure. He has gone out of his way to organize and distribute the Garrison newsletter and has stepped up numerous times offering to coordinate events. His desire to lend a helping hand when it is needed is truly a great help to all members of the Garrison.

Lee is an indispensable member of the Dune Sea Garrison. His dedication is an inspiration to other members throughout the Garrison, the Legion, and the galaxy.
